1. Service Scope

You may use the service only in a lawful and authorized manner.

You agree that you will not:

  • upload files you are not legally permitted to upload, process, or convert;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized content;
  • upload malware, harmful code, or files intended to interfere with the service;
  • attempt to bypass technical restrictions, queue rules, security controls, or usage limits;
  • use the service in a way that creates unreasonable load, abuse, or operational risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, including laws relating to privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, and regulated content.

3. Technical Limits

pdfto.net may enforce technical limits, including:

  • file-type restrictions;
  • file-size limits;
  • page limits;
  • queue rules;
  • one active task at a time;
  • other operational limits reasonably required for service stability or protection.

Features, limits, and availability may change over time.

4. Output Accuracy and Suitability

Document processing is a technical service. Depending on file structure, content, formatting, fonts, scans, images, or source quality, results may vary.

pdfto.net does not guarantee that every output will be complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose. You should review all outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, medical, archival, or other important uses.

5. Temporary File Storage

  • Uploaded files and processed files are kept only for temporary processing and download delivery.
  • If a processed file is downloaded, the downloadable output is deleted immediately after delivery.
  • If no download takes place, temporary files are deleted from the server no later than 2 hours.

6. Changes, Suspension, and Access Control

pdfto.net may:

  • modify, limit, suspend, throttle, or discontinue any part of the service;
  • refuse or restrict use where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, legal risk, technical protection, or service integrity;
  • block or prevent use that appears unlawful, harmful, automated in an abusive way, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Where appropriate, these Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Availability and Maintenance

The service is provided on an ongoing best-effort basis. It may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, incidents, security measures, third-party failures, or capacity management.

pdfto.net does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for user-uploaded files and third-party materials used under their own terms, the website design, branding, interface, software logic, and related content of pdfto.net belong to the operator or the relevant licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • pdfto.net does not make a blanket promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose;
  • liability is not excluded where it cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • nothing in these Terms is intended to unfairly limit rights that apply under mandatory law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
